Process of Elimination: Find the Wrong Answers! Goal: The scholarly person will employ strategies to eliminate wrong answer choices on a multiple-choice test. Objective: While this lesson doesnt lead to a specific SCOS objective, it is gea rubor toward the recognition of those skills via performance on the EOG test. Tutor Preparation: Select a reading modulation with multiple choice questions to go along with it, or moment a series of multiple-choice questions about the passage exploitation the question stems provided. Also, two different-colo reddish writing utensils ar needed, preferably red and green. Guided Practice: Tell the pupil that the goal forthwith is to find the WRONG answers, instead of the right answers. Have the schoolchild read the passage aloud. Take turns if the savant is having difficulty focusing. On the first question, ask leading questions to have the student hear answers s/he knows argon wrong: Do you mobilize any answe rs you are sure are wrong? Could it be B?
