I have also worked as a teacher of students of all ages in summer school (2003). The experience unresolved me to dealing with people from different backgrounds. In addition, I was chairman for a youth organisation in Stockholm Sweden for a year (2005-2006). This youth organisation, chip by the youth themselves, chose me as a chairman because, according to them, they believed I have the right skills for the job. This experience developed my leadership skills because it gave me the self-confidence and determination.My personal sound judgment is that I am a good listener and I take criticisms constructively.
